Welcome to the Conservatory Office! We are the hub of the Con, where all the backstage magic happens so the onstage magic can go off without a hitch.

We can help you book rooms, schedule recitals, check out instruments, meet the Dean, get a piano key, and consult with the physical therapist. You name it—if we can’t do it ourselves, we will tell you who can!

We also have years of experience answering interesting questions so check out the FAQs page for some helpful tips for navigating your time in the Conservatory!

Looking for Con-related forms (BMA Cognate, Petition, Repertoire Report, etc.)? Find all of those and more on the Con Office SharePoint under “Student Forms”.

The Dean’s Advisory Council

The Dean’s Advisory Council (DAC) is an elected student group meant to provide the Conservatory student community with a means of giving feedback and suggestions to the administration. They meet as a group with the Dean of the Conservatory and the Director of Conservatory Operations three to six times a year, review suggestions and implement solutions or new programs as necessary. If you have a suggestion you’d like to submit, email: conservatory@lawrence.edu. Anonymous submissions are also accepted via your Voyager dashboards under the “Student Services” tab.
