Welcome Week is for new, First-Year, Transfer, International and Exchange students and starts Tuesday, September 8, and ends Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Our Welcome Week days will be divided into three parts for all our new students (First-Year & Transfer):

  • 8am-1:30pm: Lawrence Unlocked conference style programming, practices, auditions, placement testing, advising appointments.
  • 1:30pm-5pm: Small group programming with EPIC Leaders and campus partners. (Students will get EPIC Leader, room assignments and schedule via email).
  • 6-9pm: Social programming offered by the Office of Student Engagement, Activities & Leadership

There will also be Mini-Meet Sessions for students to connect with our student orgs to learn more.
