Billing Information 

The first billing statement of the academic year will be available in mid-July. This statement will include charges and anticipated financial aid for the Fall Term, as well as projected charges and anticipated financial aid for the Winter and Spring Terms. This allows students to plan for their full-year financial responsibility in advance.

Subsequent monthly billing statements are available on the first business day following the 15th of each month. These statements will show any previous payments, new charges from the prior billing cycle, and upcoming charges for future terms.

 

Lawrence University’s billing schedule for the 2026–2027 academic year:

  • Fall Term: Billed on 7/16/26, due 8/15/26
  • Winter Term: Billed on 11/16/26, due 12/15/26
  • Spring Term: Billed on 2/16/27, due 3/15/27

How do I receive my billing statement?

Statements are emailed to the student’s Lawrence University email address and other authorized user’s email address and can be viewed on TRANSACT. TRANSACT is our student billing system where you can view your online account with the most recent balance, view recent payments and charges on your student account, and make a payment online.

 

How to Access TRANSACT

  1. Login to your Voyager account
  2. On the Student Services page, click on Student Account (Transact) (this will redirect you to Transact).

 

Instructions on Creating a Parent or Authorized User Account for TRANSACT

  1. Access your TRANSACT account (see above).
  2. On the menu to the left, click on your name
  3. Scroll to the "Payers" section and click on "send a payer invitation"
  4. Enter the requested information and click "Send invitation"
